In terms of a bilateral agreement between the DAC and the French Audio-Visual Institute in Paris these dictabelts were digitized between April 2014 and February 2017

This day’s proceedings were very short –with only two dictabelt recordings having been made – and included the final stages of Dr Lowen’s bail application on behalf of James Kantor. Judge De Wet informed the courtroom that he would be making his judgement in this regard at 10:00am the following morning.
