Rev. James James Ranisi Jolobe (1902-1976) born in Indwe, Transkei. Minister and from 1973 Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of Southern Africa, teacher - Lovedale Bible School and Training College - also well-known for contribution to Xhosa literature and language. The accession relates to these areas and contains as well a few personal papers.
