-- UNIFORM (COLOURS)/UNIFORM (KLEURE): (a) Blazer: Containing a combination of the following colours: On a black background a series of vertical maroon stripes each 3/16 inch wide and 15/16 inch apart. (b) Honours Blazer: Consisting of a combination of the following colours: On a maroon background a series of vertical black stripes each 5/16 inch wide and 1 1/2 inch apart. (c) Tie: Alternating black and maroon stripes each 3/32 inch and 15/16 inch in width, running diagonally from left to right.
-- BADGE/WAPEN: A shield supporting a knight's helmet and surrounded by an ornamental embelishment Or, Murrey and Sable. Above the helmet rests a mount in green sprinkled with flowers of aloe and acacia. Standing on the mount is a representation of the Lion of England, holding aloft a banner on which is a wheat-sheaf. Within the shield appears three wedge shaped triangles representing mountain peaks. In the background appears two rivers representing the Orange and Tugela. Weenen County also figures in the shield and is symbolised by a Gutee de larmes. Superimposed on the three mountain peaks is a representation of an open book denoting learning. Below the shield on a white scroll outlined in maroon and grey appears the motto CELER ET AUDAX in gold lettering.
