(b) Tie: A combination of the following colours placed diagonally: Green white, green and navy-blue respec- tively 3/16 inch, 3/8 inch, 3/16 inch and 9/16 inch in width. (c) Hatband: Same combination as tie, with stripes running horizontally.
-- BADGE/WAPEN: On a navy-blue background a shield bordered green. At sinister chief an open book and at dexter base a lamp of learning, all in white. The book and lamp are separated by a sword placed bendwise in white and green. Below the shield on a navy-blue scroll appears the motto LAETUS LABORUM in white lettering.
